I found the tastiest sausages yesterday. There is a health food store called Zupans that I haven't been in since high school. On a whim I decided to wander there on lunch and found all kinds of goodies! Locally grown pretty much everything, mainly organic and mostly locally packaged too. Love it! After a taste test of the spinach and feta chicken sausages I went and bought 3 for our supper last night, then found some marinara sauce with only 5NC per 1/2 cup for dipping. And the kicker? They had a dark chocolate/sea salt/almond chocolate bar that each 1" piece is only .65NC. I'm in love. Yes, its a bit more expensive, but seriously worth it to me. I can't wait to find out what other goodies they have up there :D
Its supposed to be a gorgeous 50* day out there and I'm hoping that after my review I can go out and dance in the sunshine. In fact, I'm planning on it - regardless of how the review goes. Because you only get one day at a time right? I'm not going to waste one minute of today on regret or worry. Life goes on whether I'm stressed or not so I'm going to dance it off and smile. :):):)
