Down another 3 lbs. Felt good today, weighing in. I had three xmas parties this weekend, but tried to eat as well as I could. It worked, because I am down another 3 lbs. Whoo Hoo! Just think, when I add exercise to my program in January, the pounds should just shed off. We shall see.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
