Tonight I told my boyfriend once my calories ran out and he helped me avoid the dreaded late-night carbs + cheese! I was very hungry at like 9:30 and was almost out of calories.. made some kale chips! Ten minutes, so simple, nice and crunchy. That really helped too.
Going to remember to have more lean protein throughout the day to help my evening cravings tomorrow.
Also, calculated 1300 for myself online.. not sure how to confirm that that's actually good for me. Anybody have thoughts?

Yep! Preheat oven to 350, rip up some kale, drizzle with a little olive oil and salt, toss, spread out on a cookie sheet. 10 minutes or until ended start to brown - as soon as you can smell them they're done! Careful, they burn easily. So so good.
