Good morning msamy, There could be several reasons why you might have gained just a few lbs. Do you think your TOM is coming? Are you drinking enough water? I browsed over your diet calendar and your calories are basically fine. What phase of Atkins are you on? Your net carbs fluctuate a lot which can cause fluctuations in the weight.

I just looked again and you are not getting enough of your veggies. You really need to be consuming 12-15 net carbs from veggies in induction and 5 additional in the 1st stage of OWL and more later in OWL. If you don't consume enough net carbs, esp those from veggies you won't lose and could end up gaining.

I was trying to move to owl, but didn't quite make it to 25 carbs for more than a day or two. I thought I was getting enough veggies in during induction with all the pumpkin, salad, celery, tomatoes and jicama. I'll take a better look. TOM was last week, so maybe that is it. I'm darn good at maintaining! LOL

It's funny. I also have a hard time balancing carbs w/ the calories. Either carbs are too high and calories are low or like today - the calories are high but carbs are barely @ 20 (actually a wee bit lower). HMM. I know it's a scientific method but I'm not good with sciences.
