Pleasant surprise from Dr. visit today. I don't feel like I'm losing weight, but I guess I am, 20 lbs in the past 2 months.

119.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 42.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
