Started walking twice a week while still keeping it at or below 1800 cal a day. My body hurts from the change, but in a good way. It reminds me of progress. It reminds me of strength.
103.8 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 44.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
