Inexplicably, I lose. The day before yesterday we went out for Mexican at Chuy's for lunch, since Rick was feeling blue and needed comfort food. Usually that's a death knell for all things diet, and I gain 3 pounds in water weight immediately. I also bought some of the amazing real Italian cherry gelato, and we each had a bowl for dessert that night. Yesterday morning I was down to 129.8. I did keep to the diet well yesterday, if you exclude more of that gelato and the demon fudgebars, and I'm down to 129. I am grateful for finally seeing some progress, no matter how it happened.
