Woo-hoo - FINALLY - the kind of big loss I used to see - down 2.4 pounds this morning!!!sadly, I fear I may have to be super restirictive to see that kind of drop regularly - only ate a little over 1000 calories and 13 carbs (I think) yesterday.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
