I was not sure how I will do with my weight in this week. But I am really glad its going down. I have beed doing hours at the gym and a lot on the rebounder (mini trampoline). I believe that makes all the difference.
Thank you all for your support all thru out this week. I don't think I could have done it with out you all standing by me with great suggestions and supportive comments.
