I'm finally in the 150's AGAIN!!! I'm so excited!! My weigh loss goal is to lose 6 lbs a month for the next 4 months and so far I'm - 3lbs on February 17th so I'm right on track. I'm currently 158.5 so I have to hit 156 by March 1st. With some steady exercise and good food choice I should be good to go. I AM SOOO HAPPY! I haven't been in the 150's for at least 3 years. When the company CEO and freelance attorney ask you "are you losing weight?" it's because they can see the difference!!

I'm proud of myself but I can't wait to hit 155 and then 149! Oooo weeee!
71.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
