Greeting Everybody. Been gone for a while. I am back, but not back on Atkins. Had some health issues. Now I am on insulin and trying to creat an Atkins program that includes higher carbs and 2oz of milk at bedtime.
136.8 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
