Doing great,some days a few nc over and others no to much.Have to adjust fat. Boy,its a eye-opener when you record what you eat. Not that I haven't done that before,only this time my mindset is better.
I'm trying up calories and down a little fat. I know for Atkins fat is the thing but mine today was 132 %,I may be wrong about fat not the total.Still finding my way around and keep ready the book. My new one comes March 8th. Will be interesting to see what changes if any.
Did my walk,40 minutes,drink my H2O 98 oz and I am floating.I must say
there has not been a day feeling hungry or no sugar drops.This is working.
Everyone hang in there,lots of luck with lots of thought
