what a surprise!! I was not expecting this what so ever!!! I busted my butt all week but wasn't losing! That's why I need to limit the scale to once a week. It fluctuates, and puts you on s roller coaster! Yay me!!!
131.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Everything from the time of day to hormonal changes to simple daily fluctuations will make the scale seem unfriendly at times. Once a week is probably not a bad idea. Just remember, you can do this. You're on the right track and doing well from what I can see from your graph, keep it up and you'll see those pounds disappear. Besides, a bigger loss once a week is more encouraging to me than the daily fluctuations anyway. It might be for you too.

Yeah id much rather see a bigger loss once a week then watch the fluctuations....I'm actually taking the batteries out of my scale so I can only ck once a week bc I can't help but to step on the darn thing every morning! Thanks for the support!
