First weigh-in 89.1 down 1.4kgs from yesterday. All whole food plant based eating, mostly raw, no added sugar, no added oil, no animal products.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
