Had a bad day at work yesterday so I had a couple glasses of wine to relax last night, guess that was a bad idea since I gained a pound. Off to the gym after work tonight, not even going home brought my workout clothes with me today no excuses for not being able to go hopefully works. Hope everyone has a Great Day!!!!
