I am mostly fully recovered from my shoulder, neck, and back injury (still not sure what I did!). I actually did some cardio on the elliptical yesterday, and plan on doing some body weight exercises today (nothing that puts much strain on my neck and shoulders). Hopefully, I can start building back to normal, though not sure exactly how long it will take.
Still - I managed to survive the holidays without being able to workout, with only 1/2 pound gain (and that puts me right at my maintenance weight).
