Hello buddies! Ugh, do we have to go back to reality? I very much have enjoyed my time off even though it flew by.
As promised, here's the damage report - not terrible! Went into the holidays at 244 and I know a lot of it is from excess salt.
I'm feeling ready to refocus! Spent most of yesterday grocery shopping, brewing some green tea and creating a vision board/goal tracker. Left the extra goodies behind at my parents house and am planning to do another virtual 5K after work today in preparation for my Orange Theory Fitness trial that starts later this week.
Next stop: hit 200 by my birthday at the end of April and earn a mini-makeover. No sugar until then. Britt 2.0 reboot starts now!
