ok, my weigh in day isn't until Thursday but I'm so excited about this loss I had to post it. I've been working really hard at this and its working :)
132.6 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. I know my weigh day is saturday and I was so happy what I was doing was working! Are you feeling stronger yet? I think I'm starting to feel a lot more physically but just a little stronger mentally. Keep it up girl!

Thanks! I am feeling a lot better! My energy level is up, I feel less depressed! I've been working out five days a week and am starting to look forward to my hour of peace at the gym! I've wanted to eat everything under the sun this weekend but I've resisted. I think it's PMS. Lol! Good luck to you too!
