My goal was to NOT gain over Christmas. I kept myself in check and achieved a mini victory! It helped that there was a big ice storm here and we couldn't go anywhere on Christmas Day but throughout the holidays I did resist a lot of temptation! It is paying off.
Now to start walking at the gym. The trails I usually use are ice covered and I am clumsy so that is a recipe for disaster. My goal is to bump up the walking and do 3 miles a day, up from 2. Any one else have new goals set?
