Frustrated as I thought this weigh would fall off a bit more easily if I was putting the work in....gotta up my game a bit though. Especially when it comes to eating less in the evening and more exercise....
I know I can do this!!
58 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Your already at a low weight and don't have much to lose. A pound or so a week is great. More than that and you will be losing muscle too. You don't want to lose muscle because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest and the more you can eat and maintain your weight. your doing great!
