Really bad weekend but I will spend it at birthday & Christmas parties! Back to it this week but will make a huge effort come the new year as will be on holiday in May. Gym every day this week too so it soon fall back off :)
66 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
