Bought a new scale that measure body fat, water, muscle mass, and bone mass. Very positive move. Becoming more accountable and staying positive. YEAH!
71.7 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
