Only one pound lost this week, but I'm fairly happy with that. Clothes are becoming looser and so have my rings and watch. I now have to be careful I don't lose them so I've moved my rings along a finger and put my watch on the next notch down.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't say 'only one pound' have you held a pound of butter/lard/etc in your hand? It's still a good drop, well done. The looser feeling of clothing and jewellery is also a great way of noticing, isn't it? :)
