I've stayed the same weight this week. But when I measured myself I've lost a further 4 1/2". That brings my total number of inches lost to 19". So I'm happy with that.
Perhaps I'll have a decent weight loss next week. I know I've been good so not too worried about staying the same this week. One thing I mustn't do is let it get me down 'cos that's when I end up giving up and putting it all back on.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
