I dropped below 130 for the first time in a long time. Woo woo!Progress is infinitely slow, but still this is a good place to be prior to Thanksgiving. Last year I followed the national trend of gaining weight between Thanksgiving and Christmas. That is weight I had to lose again at the beginning of this year. I must keep focused. Exercise, good choices, portion control and meditation.
