I have now lost 10% of my body weight! I am so excited! And I am not going to let this get me too full of myself. I am making a promise to myself now to keep going!

134.1 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg. Still to go: 52.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
