Forgot to weigh yesterday, but did it first thing this morning and I've lost 2 lbs...yay! Really happy as the loss brings me under 17 stn.
After only a pound last week I was hoping for a better loss this week and I've got it. Blooming hard work though, being so strict, but that's what it takes unfortunately.
Just got to make sure I keep it up and keep counting those carbs!
107.0 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
