Only 1 lb. gone this week. But it's a pound in the right direction. It also means I've lost 2 stone, so far, as well.
The weight is slowly coming off but I've really got to stay focussed otherwise I'll just put it all back on again, like I've done before.
I really want to keep it off for good this time.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm a yo-yo myself but this time, with all the lovely support and 'I'm not alone' that this site gives me I think I will be able to stay on the straight and narrow. Halfway (sort of) there and determined. 1lb at a time is all it takes.
