Starting back into the thinner clothes in my closet. Wearing a shirt I was embarrassed in before to work today and I feel pretty :)
I've been trying some of the recipes on here and mmmmm there are some good'uns! The taco bake is an instant hit and I've even invited a friend and her family over for dinner Sunday night to share. The eggplant pizza worked for me, and the zucchini noodles last night went over pretty well too. Trying the MIM today for breakfast in a bit and with all the rave reviews I've seen posted its an exciting prospect :)
