So just joined today. Looking to finally get in better shape after having kids. I'm not overweight but out of shape. Want to exercise as something for myself where all my time is taken by work & kids. I need a release. This is for me so I hope I can stick to it.

Had a salad for dinner & didn't go over calories. Gtateful for that. Today was a learning day. Need less calories still..smarter choices. Kiddies are asleep & gonna exercise. Haven't done that in quite some time. Proud of myself :)
