I took a few days off of Atkins this weekend (Saturday 12/31 until Monday 1/2) and was up to 342 yesterday morning, but today I'm 339. Gotta lose the weight I put back on and start losing again. I restarted induction yesterday and 3 lbs gone in one day ain't bad! I know I'm retaining mostly water so I'll be glad when it's off and I can get back below 330 again and beyond!
