Thanks for noticing, Tasia! It seems you are doing great as well. What's really been helping me is updating my foods as often as possible. Sometimes if I wait hours before inputting my foods, I forget about it and then over-eat. I also pretty much only drink water now, which is great because I used to drink soda AT LEAST once a day, but usually more. Now I maybe have 1 or 2 cans a week.
