So long 260's, see ya never!
Today marks the one month mark since I quit my birth control and started on this journey. I am 7.6 pounds down! I am also at the weight of my first weigh-in of 2016, meaning I'm on track to end the year lower than I started, something that hasn't happened in a looong time.
Weight has been slow moving the last couple of weeks but I've allowed treats, slacked on my water and have had some digestive issues. Tomorrow is my last "food function" until nearly Thanksgiving so full speed ahead. My muffin top seems a little squishy and to hang over less if that makes sense.
Does anyone have any fiber supplements they'd recommend? I've visited the aisle many times and am ready to take the plunge for awhile until I get regular.
