Happy Monday everyone! I am half way through my whole 30 and am feeling great. I started at 184 and am down 10lbs in 2 weeks. I am taking it a day at a time. Hope everyone is well!
78.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
