Back on track now with a 2 lb. weight loss. I'm pleased with that. Bit worried about this week as I'm away for 5 days. But I'm going to try to be good and not have any potatoes. Just stick to the meat and veg. I might let myself have whatever I want on my last day away. I'll see how I feel. I will be making use of the hotels swimming pool and gym though and I'll be doing quite a bit of walking on a couple of the days. So I'm hoping it will all turn out ok in the end.
