I didn't update my weight last week when I started my Whole 30 but it was 184.3 and now I am down to 176.4. I had an awesome week exercising and eating. I was 100% on top of the game. This week will be the same. Happy Monday all!
80.0 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
