Lost 2 lbs. this week, and I've been really good. I hope the measurements will give a good result too.
As well as going to the gym three times a week, I'm now also swimming three times a week too, for an hour each time.
Still logging every mouthful of food I have and the exercise I do.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 47.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
