So today was EAT day!!! Had a 11 oz salmon steak... probably not a good I idea... felt tooooooo full. Next time back to 4 oz.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
