It's the start of the new year, new beginnings and time to make changes. It's not going to be easy, but I need to do this for ME. Time to stop sitting around and be a bum. 12 is my favorite number, so ill throw on an old jersey as I workout for a little extra motivation. Let's do this 12lbs at a time and see what happens!
