Off to Fríða´s for dinner tonight so not putting in any food. But she is doing a lentil and vegetable soup for me, so hopefully it will fit in perfectly.

I´m a little bit concerned about the pattern that has emerged over the last couple of weeks - losing a good chunk over the weekend and then putting a little on over the working week. Shouldn´t complain as I am consistently hitting my average target (0.75kg) but previously I lost a chunk over the weekend and then a little more over the working week - making my target. This new pattern (if it keeps coming up) looks like my weekday calories are slightly too high. And of course I do eat less usually over the weekend because I do not go to the gym and do not therefore have my post-workout boozt. But to be honest, to keep up my exercise routine which is cruical, I need that immediately afterwards. And the idea of shaving another couple of hundred calories off from elsewhere is pretty scary!

Well, we´ll see - as long as things keep moving forward and on target!
