Didn't eat much on Friday. Some pasta with chicken. No vodka. Crumpet with low-sugar jam. Don't know why the huge jump up to 135, but I should be glad to be at 135. BBQ for Ricky at Rose and Kevin's today. Vomited most of it later on.
