After eating out all week for my birthday I still somehow got down to 135.6. I ate a LOT for breakfast at Budget Cafe after church today, so we'll see how it is tomorrow morning.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
