Thank you everyone! Staying on my diet to a tee, exercising and drinking plenty of water. I have to do this! I am sick and tired of hurting with every step I take. My knees are done for........ this is all for surgery. I was always happy and my weight never bothered me, but the pain I have every day just trying to get through the day is why I will not deter from this. Have a great evening everyone :-)

Stephanie. I lost my first 45 lbs without a lick of exercise. It was all diet. I admit I was truly surprised. I always heard "diet and exercise". Now I believe for weight loss, it's diet. For fitness, you need to exercise. They are definitely two different things. After living my life in pain from youthful sports related injuries and too much weight on those knees, ankles, and hips . . . I feel better. Experiencing even a moment pain free is huge for your psyche when you've forgotten what that was like. You can do this!
