So I have opted to modify my diet plan after considering the options. The progress gained with the previous modification was good, but the logistics are as such that if something goes wrong it can be hard to stay on plan. That may lead to bad choices down the road in the form of binges and cravings.
As of July 3rd, my weight was approximately 231 pounds with a waist of 48 inches. As of today, August 7th, my weight is approximately 231 pounds with a waist of 46 inches. That is a two inch loss over about five weeks. That is excellent in my book!
Today I will enjoy some taco salad, pork chops and eggs, and some watermelon. :D
