No big surprise on the weight jump. I've been eating a lot of high-glycemic carbs and have also jumped up my calorie counts. So, its time to get back on track and bring it back down. No big concern, I feel that I've got a handle on my diet, overall. Interestingly, though my weight jumped up, my measurements have barely budged. Anyway, I'll start restricting calories a bit and cut out the crap carbs and things should get back down to normal in a few weeks.
