1. What are the ratios I should have for fat, protein, carbs?
I'm trying to get a very minimum of carbs. Less than 20 grams.
2. Had my Gall bladder removed about 10 years ago. Is that going to be a problem?
3. I hear other Keto people talking about adding salt. I've cut my BP meds in half. But I've always been told to avoid salt if I have high BP. It is coming down.

You may want to talk to your doctor about the high fat since you had your gall bladder removed. I go by the percentages shown in the the little circular pie chart at the bottom of your food diary - 60-70% fat, 20-30% protein, under 10% carbs.
