Day 5
Woke up feeling so tired and couldn't sleep. Not sure what that's all about but I am going to the gym first think - then meeting my gf for breakfast. Work at 3. Just need to pull through today. Yesterday was a strong start - ok finish not a perfect 10, but definitely my best workout yet.
