Hit my carb numbers, worked out, and went to bed hungry. I'm going to get get baseline measurements to prevent my focus on the scale from sabotaging my efforts:)

Little bumps will happen, but they don't mean anything. You're doing really well! I sometimes go to bed hungry now and at first I thought I would be unable to sleep but once I relax my body the hunger goes away. Kind of makes me wonder if sometimes hunger occurs just because my body is tense.

Great idea. I find that the scale only tells a small part of the story. Far more important, to me, is the body fat % and my waist size.

I know this is late but this may help for the future.
Watch Diet Doctor's free videos. In 1 he says "eat when hungry and don't when you are not! Simple." He says if you are hungry after eating or too soon after eating then you have too low an intake of fat -so take more fat. Bullet coffee or cream cheese or coconut oil etc.
