Ok, here I go again, epic failure on gaining back nearly all of the 40 lbs I lost 2 years ago. I am such a yo-yo dieter it is not even funny anymore. Well I had a revelation over the weekend that I am just fat, and am starting Atkins again. It is what has always worked best for me, just need to stick with it. Been trying other diets (yuck hate that word), but just couldn't stick with them. Yay, back to Atkins and looking for success.
