Well I am doing something different. Reverse Dieting. I am working on increasing my kcal intake from 500-700 kcal up to 2000-2200 kcal. This will take me a couple of months to do this without shocking my body and gaining weight. I've decided to weigh myself on Tuesdays and Fridays to help regulate any weight gain without obsessing over the scale too much. Also taking caliper measurements once a week to get perspective on potential weight gain.

YAY!! That's what I did :) It's wonderful once your body is adjusted. I actually have trouble finding ways to eat that much but it is a delightful problem to have :D bodybuilding.com is awesome! Also muscleforlife.com has some useful articles. Im so excited for you. You will put on weight at some point but don't panic, its muscle. Measurements, calipers, and the mirror are the best ways to gage your progress. The scale is just a number.
